Customer information is kept confidential. We do not exchange
customer information with other companies. We only use information
given to fulfill orders.
Order Processing
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours except for items ordered
after Friday 12:00 Noon CST, holidays, and weekends.
Shipping
Notice
Due to UPS's online
limitations, large orders of ammunition that exceed 150 pounds can
not be ordered online.
Please call or email about ordering larger amounts of ammunition.
Return Policy
All ammunition
will be shipped UPS Ground due to shipping regulations.
- For safety reasons, we do not accept
returns on ammunition.
- We only ship to the contiguous 48 states and
to Alaska and Hawaii. (Some restrictions may apply).
- We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and USPS
P.O. Boxes.
- Customer will be responsible for
freight charges on all refused shipments (No Exceptions)
- We will accept any returned items (except
ammunition, and guns) for exchange or credit as long as the
items are in new and original condition. All returns must be
made within 15 days of receiving the order. ALL RETURNS MUST
HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A
CODE BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS. ANY ITEM RETURNED WITH OUT A CODE
WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Exchanges will incur our regular shipping
fees.
